Wrap with grilled smoked sausage


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, avocado, lemon juice (bottle 115 ml), garlic (finely chopped), wrapt tortillas (245 g), Gelderse smoked sausages, iceberg lettuce (in strips), cucumber (sliced), salsa (mild (sauce and 300 g)).

Directions

  1. Cut the avocado in half around the pit in half. Remove peel and kernel and cut the avocado into pieces. Drizzle with the lemon juice, add the garlic and puree with the hand blender. Season with salt and pepper (= guacamole).
  2. Heat the wraps according to the instructions on the package. Halve the sausage in the length. Grill for 2 minutes on both sides in the grill pan.
  3. Spread the wraps with the guacamole. Divide some slivers, some cucumber, the sausage and a large tablespoon of salsa. Fold the bottom of the wrap over the filling and roll the sides. Make sure the top of the wrap is open.
  4. Serve with the rest of the lettuce and cucumber.
