Can you freeze food twice?

It is better not to freeze and thaw leftover meal that you have previously frozen and reheated to eat. This way you have a greater chance of getting sick from a food infection. Sometimes you have leftovers from a meal, accidentally or on purpose. A leftover lasagna or pasta, a curry or an oven dish, for example. You can freeze such leftovers to eat later, that's safe.
