Celtic sea salt
-
Celtic Sea Salt is a hand-extracted sea salt that is mined in a 2,000-year-old traditional way in the Gurande region of Brittany, France. The salt is still completely pure as it comes from the sea and that means: unwashed, undried and also not refined, so that the purity and all minerals remain completely in balance as given by nature.
Is this the same salt you buy in the supermarket?
-
No! This is about Celtic sea salt, which is different from the sea salt that you buy in the supermarket. It is even different from Himalayan salt or ancient salt that is also sold in health food stores or health food stores. The salt is not cleaned or dried and purified, but is left completely unique as it is shoveled from the sea and as it is intended by nature. Sea salt from the store, table salt, brine ... it all comes from the same source and is all processed. But Celtic sea salt is hand scooped according to a 2000 year old recipe, still from the Celts and put in a bag with 7 to 10% water. Unwashed and that is just so important, because if you wash it, you will lose a water-loving mineral. Namely 'magnesium'. Magnesium is very important for your constitution. It is good for everything but especially for the heart and your blood. It is certainly not the case that this sea salt would raise your blood pressure.
How do you make sole?
-
Once you have the salt in your possession it is not that difficult to make sole of it. You take a jam jar or a bottle and fill it for 1/3 with the sea salt, to which you add 2/3 of pure water. Spring water is a favorite, but tap water is also possible. Then you shake the jar or bottle very well and most of the salt will dissolve in the water. There will always be some salt on the bottom that has not dissolved, you can just leave it that way. Then you take 1 teaspoon of the Sole and put it in a glass of water and drink it 1x a day. Two glasses of water in a day is also possible but everything you drink up there is at your own risk because it is very powerful stuff.

Feed the garden and / or vegetable garden
-
You can also fertilize the plants in the garden or your home-grown fruit and vegetables with sole. You will see that it will make the plants bigger and better. The harvest will be greater. the most convenient is to take a watering can of 5 or 10 liters and then you assume 1 tablespoon of salt per 5 liters of water. So 2 tablespoons for 10 liters. And of course you can also use sole for indoor plants. A teaspoon in a watering can of water is enough. Give it a try. You really don't have to resist the price because it is much cheaper than all those chemicals that they sell in the garden center. And, it is part of the natural cycle if you use it this way. It washes back into the earth and from there to the sea again, completing the cycle.
