How healthy is milk

I have been a real milk drinker all my life. I love to drink and eat milk, cheese, yogurt and so on. But I am hearing more and more disturbing reports that milk is not that healthy at all. I researched the pros and cons of how healthy or unhealthy milk is. But what is my surprise: That many things are contradicted. Below you will find the pros and cons about milk.
What is milk

Milk is a mixture (emulsion) of fat droplets in water. Milk consists of 87% water, 3.2% protein, 3.4% fat, and 4.9% carbohydrates. Furthermore, milk consists of the following minerals and vitamins: Calcium, phosphorus, zinc, magnesium, vitamins A, B1, B6, B12, D and folic acid.
Healthy

All these vitamins and minerals together make milk a healthy drink. It is therefore no coincidence that milk is included in the nutrition centre's disc of 5. Even if you go to a dietitian to lose weight, it is advised to drink at least 1/2 liter of milk per day. Milk is also very important for children. The vitamins and minerals are very important for the growth of children. Calcium, for example, is needed for bone growth and strong bones for later life. And vitamin A promotes growth, contributes to healthy skin and protects us from inflammation.

According to scientists, milk is not healthy at all. According to scientists, there is a link between milk and certain types of cancer. Milk promotes bone loss, contains many wrong fats and contains a lot of calories. And humans naturally have an intolerance to cow's milk. Milk also creates a mucus layer on the intestines. Drinking milk can cause complaints such as: migraines, bronchitis, asthma, skin problems, chronic cold, sinus inflammation, arthritis and allergies.

As you can read, there are quite a few conflicting facts about milk. I have never had any problems with milk myself. But maybe if you have been drinking milk all your life, you will grow over your intolerance to milk. It is true that milk is of course heavily promoted for drinking. But is this promotion so because milk is really healthy or to fill the pockets of farmers, manufacturers and of course the government. Well it is still not completely clear to me. I think there is still a lot of research to be done on the consumption of milk and dairy products until there is really concrete evidence of whether or not milk is healthy. Until then, I'll just keep drinking my milk!
