Is soda with sugar healthier than diet soda?

  1. Neither are healthy choices. Diet soda contains no or less sugar than regular soda, and therefore fewer calories. If you want to watch your weight, you can drink diet soda. But it is best to drink water, which is also better for your teeth, which are affected by the acid in (diet) soft drinks. Why water

  1. You need water every day and it is included in the Wheel of Five. It is a healthy thirst quencher. Tap water has many advantages: it contains no calories and it does not affect your teeth as is the case with (diet) soft drinks. And it's cheap, good for the environment, and widely available.
