Forehead sinus symptoms are headache, sore throat and sometimes fever. A sinus infection often follows a viral infection in the upper respiratory tract, such as a cold or flu. Antibiotics are of little or no use in treating sinusitis. This condition heals on its own in most cases. You can use paracetamol for pain relief. Steaming for 15 minutes three times a day gives a pleasant widening of the nasal passage in case of a sinus infection (or sinus infection). Consult your doctor if you are seriously ill and have a fever, if there is no spontaneous recovery or if the sinus infection occurs at least three times a year.
