Apple-yogurt brulée
A tasty French recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: apples (gold bars), lemon, granulated sugar, Greek yogurt (a 150 g) and light brown sugar.

Preheat the grill.

Peel apples, cut in four and remove the cores.

Cut the apple into pieces and put it into a pan.

Lemon zest above apple grating.

Squeeze half lemon over apple.

Add granulated sugar and 4 tbsp water and cook on a medium heat for 5 min.

Stir occasionally.

Allow to cool slightly.

In bowl of yogurt and apple mix.

Create in 4 ovenproof dishes.

Arrange Basterd sugar as evenly as possible.
-
Immediately place under hot grill and allow sugar to melt in a couple of minutes.

Let it cool down slightly so that sugar can become hard..
