Catalan sausage skewers


A tasty Spanish recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, red wine, black peppercorns (whole), bay leaves (slightly bruised), Catalan sausages (about 500 g) and hamburger (sandwiches).

Directions

  1. Place in a large bowl of wine, peppercorns and bay leaves. Disconnect sausages. Saute sausages on one side with a fork several times. Turn sausages and cut them 3 times diagonally with a sharp knife. Making sausages by wine. Cover and marinate sausages in refrigerator 1 night. Skewers for about 30 minutes in cold water.
  2. Let sausages drain well. Tie 2 sausages on each stick in length. Place the sausages first with the cut side down on a greased griddle and grill for approx. 8 min. Turn skewers and grind approx. 8 min. Place skewers on less hot part of barbecue. Cut hamburger buns and roast lightly on barbecue on both sides. Place skewer between each roll. Delicious with slices of manchego cheese, roasted peppers and mustard.
