Chicken soup with thyme and grilled chicken breast
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, olive oil, chicken breast (diced), leeks (thin rings), chicken stock, fresh thyme (a 15 g) and potato cubes (pre-cooked).

Preheat the pan until it is piping hot.

Mix cubes of chicken with tablespoon of oil and pepper to taste.

Roast chicken cubes for about 5 minutes around brown and cooked through.

In the meantime, heat the remainder of oil in the (soup) pan and bring 1 1/4 liters of water to a boil in the kettle or kettle.
