Bring a pan with plenty of water to the boil. In the meantime, cut the pork tenderloin into thin strips and place in a bowl.

Add the oil to the bowl and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Shovel. Heat the grill pan and grill the meat in parts every 2 minutes until done.

Spoon on a plate and let the grill pan get hot again in between. Keep the meat warm under aluminum foil.

When the water is boiling, add the spaghetti and cook for 8 minutes until al dente.

Meanwhile cut the broccoli into small florets, peel the stalk with a peeler and cut into pieces. Add the broccoli to the pasta for the last 3 minutes.

Remove the crust from the gorgonzola and cut into pieces.

Drain the spaghetti and broccoli and pick up a cup of cooking liquid.

Put the pasta and broccoli back in the pan, add the gorgonzola, to and 150 ml of cooking liquid and mix.

Divide over deep plates and divide the pork strips over it. Sprinkle to taste with pepper.
