Gratinated spinach ham rolls
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, shallots (finely chopped), olive oil, ready-to-cook spinach (a 300 g), freshly ground black pepper, gammon, sun-dried tomatoes (in pieces or strips) and mozzarella cheese (in slices).

Preheat the oven grill.

In the wok jalot in 2 tbsp oil for 2 min.

Add spinach in parts and let it sink in a high heat, let moisture evaporate.

Season with salt and pepper.

Lay ham slices next to each other on the work surface and create spinach on ham on short sides.

Sun dried to distribute.

Fold the ham over the filling and roll up.

Place ham rolls side by side in greased baking dish and cover with mozzarella.

Pour some pepper on top and sprinkle the rest of oil over it.

Place the dish 10 cm under the hot grill until cheese is melted and lightly colored after 6-8 minutes.

Delicious with mashed potatoes..
