Grilled eggplant with chicken breast


A tasty recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: poultry, aubergines, sunflower oil, sesame seeds, sugar, Japanese soy sauce (bottle of 150 ml) and fried chicken fillet (meat slices).

Directions

  1. Preheat the grill to the highest setting.
  2. Clean the aubergine and cut into slices of about 1/2 cm.
  3. Place slices on grid and lightly lubricate with oil.
  4. Place the drip tray under the grill.
  5. Sprinkle vegetables about 10 cm under a grill in approx.
  6. 10 minutes, halfway through turning.
  7. In the meantime roast sesame seeds in a dry frying pan.
  8. In bowl mix sesame seeds with sugar and soy sauce.
  9. Cut chicken fillets into very thin strips.
  10. Paste eggplant into four plates.
  11. Sesame soy sauce over it.
  12. Put chicken fillet in the middle..
