Let the shrimp thaw.

Pour the oil into a bowl and add the garlic. Cut the ginger into pieces and add.

Cut the stalk of the red pepper. Halve the pepper in the length and remove the seed lists with a sharp knife. Cut into pieces.

Add the pepper to the oil. Puree with the hand blender and scoop with the shrimps.

Clean the limes. Grate the green skin of the limes above it, squeeze out the fruits and add the juice.

Season with salt and leave to marinate for at least 3 hours.

Light the barbecue. Thread the shrimps onto the skewers and roast the skewers in 5 minutes until done. Turn halfway.
