Pork tenderloin skewers


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, traditional olive oil, lemons, Pink Lady apple and stew pears in light syrup.

Directions

  1. Put the oil in a bowl and grate half of the yellow skin above it. Add the cinnamon and cardamom and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Cut both pork tenderloins into 8 slices, halve and mix with the marinade.
  3. Cut the apples into quarters and remove the core. Halve every quarter. Thread each and every 2 pieces of meat and 2 pieces of apple.
  4. Let the pears drain and cut into slices. Put in a bowl.
  5. Grate the rest of the yellow skin of the lemon above it. Halve the lemon and squeeze some lemon juice with the pears.
  6. Heat the grill pan and grill the skewers 6 minutes. Turn halfway. Place on a plate and serve the pears separately.
