Salmon limo toast
A tasty recipe. The lunch contains the following ingredients: fish, lime (scrubbered), mayonnaise, fresh coriander ((a 15 g), finely chopped), bread (square), smoked salmon and cucumber.

Heat the oven grill.

Grate the green skin of the lime and squeeze it out.

Mix the mayonnaise with half the lime juice, half the lime zest and the coriander, season with salt and pepper.

Spread the 8 slices of bread with the cilantro-lime mayonnaise and spread the salmon over 4 slices.

Place the other 4 slices of bread on top.

Grill the salmon toasts golden brown under the oven grill for 8-10 minutes.

Turn them halfway.

You can also use a sandwich maker; put the salmon tostis there for 6-8 minutes.

Meanwhile, peel the cucumber with a peeler or cheese slicer.

Halve the cucumber in the length and remove the seeds with a teaspoon.

Then sauté the cucumber lengthwise in 'ribbons' and tossed it with the remaining half of the lime juice and the lemon zest, and salt and pepper to taste.

Serve the cucumber salad with the salmon toasts..
