Saté babi with peanut sauce
A tasty asian recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: meat, tenderloin (in pieces of 2 cm), marinade for saté (see basic recipe elsewhere on), sesame seeds (100g container), Japanese soy sauce (250ml bottle), sweet soy sauce, peanut butter with pieces of nut (a 350 g), coconut milk (200 ml) and garlic.

Ingredients
- 500 g tenderloin in pieces of 2 cm
- 1 portion marinade for satay see basic recipe elsewhere on all types
- 2 el Sesame seed container 100 g
- 3 el Japanese soy sauce bottle of 250 ml
- 2 el ketjapmarinademanis
- Little pot peanut butter with pieces of nut a 350 g
- 1 package coconut milk 200 ml
- 2 toes garlic

Thread the meat on the skewers and place the sticks in a large dish where they fit completely. Pour over the marinade and leave to marinate in the fridge for at least 45 minutes. Remove the saté from the refrigerator and allow to come to room temperature. Roast the sesame seeds for 2 minutes in a frying pan without oil or butter. Let cool on a plate.

Put the soy sauce, soy sauce, peanut butter and coconut milk in a saucepan. Squeeze the garlic above and heat over low heat. Stir until an even sauce.

Meanwhile, light the barbecue or heat the grill pan and grill the saté in portions in 4-6 minutes until golden brown and done. Times regularly. Serve the satay with the sauce and sprinkle with the sesame seeds.
