Stew with grilled tilapia and zucchini
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, crumbly potatoes (in pieces), dried mint, corn kernels (drained), zucchini, oil, tilapia fillet (fish) and buttermilk.

Boil the potatoes with the fresh mint in a bowl of water with salt with the lid on the pan in 20 minutes.

Let the corn boil the last 5 minutes.

Cut the zucchini in slices lengthwise.

Brush thinly with oil.

Heat a grill pan and grill for 2-3 minutes per side.

Dab the tilapia fillets dry.

Sprinkle with salt and pepper and brush thinly with the rest of the oil.

Heat a grill pan and grill the fish in 2-3 minutes per side until done.

Heat the buttermilk in the microwave.

Mash the potato-maize mixture with the buttermilk.

Divide the stew, zucchini and fish over two plates and serve..
