Surf and peat skewers


A tasty american recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, king prawns (unpeeled (bag 500 g, frozen), thawed), pineapple (cleaned), basil ((15 g dish), leaf chopped), spring onion ((3 pieces), chopped), extra virgin olive oil, tenderloin and red onions (each in 6 parts).

Directions

  1. Light the barbecue.
  2. Peel the shrimps and baste 4 pieces each on 4 sticks.
  3. Cut the pineapple into very small cubes.
  4. Mix the pineapple cubes with the basil, the spring onion, 2 tbsp oil and salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Let stand for about 15 minutes.
  6. In the meantime, cut the meat into 8 equal pieces and cut them in half.
  7. On each of the remaining skewers, baste for 4 pieces of meat and 3 parts of onion.
  8. Brush with the rest of the oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  9. Grill the meat skewers all around in about 8 minutes until golden brown and done.
  10. Grill the shrimp skewers for about 5 minutes.
  11. Place a meat skewer and a shrimp skewer on each plate.
  12. Serve with the pineapple mixture.
  13. Tasty with pasta and butter lettuce..
