Turkey fillet with sage apples


A tasty recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: poultry, turkey breast (about 200 g), olive oil, freshly ground black pepper, small apples ((eg elstar), scrubbed), lemon (squeezed), honey, dried sage and apple juice.

Directions

  1. Cut the turkey fillet into 8 thick slices (medallions), brush with oil and sprinkle with the pepper. Remove the apple core from the apple drill and cut the apples into pieces in pieces. Sprinkle the wedges with lemon juice to prevent discoloration. In a bowl, stir the honey with the sage and apple juice and mix in the apple slices. Store in the refrigerator until use.
