Banana with chocolate and rum
A tasty recipe. The dessert contains the following ingredients: bananas (unpeeled), extra pure chocolate 72% (in pieces) and white rum (liquorice).

Light the barbecue (the coal or briquettes may also be smothered). Use a knife to cut the bananas on the hollow side over the entire length up to the bottom shell. Push them open and fill each banana with 20 g of chocolate. Push them closed and wrap in aluminum foil. Place the bananas in the middle of the barbecue and let them soften in 15 minutes.

Feel whether the bananas are ready with a pair of pliers or your finger, they will feel very soft and pudding. Remove them with tongs from the barbecue. Carefully remove the foil and pour 2 tbsp of rum into each banana. Serve with a spoon.
