Toast with abbey cheese
A tasty French recipe. The vegetarian starter contains the following ingredients: strawberries, balsamic vinegar, white bread, Abbey cheese Père Joseph (50 pieces) and rucola salad (30 g).

Wash strawberries, remove crowns and cut into quarters.

Mix strawberries with vinegar and sprinkle with pepper.

Preheat the grill to the highest setting.

Cutting crusts of bread.

Halve bread.

Cutting crusts of cheese.

Cut cheese into 8 thin slices.

Spread bread for about 2 minutes under grill and let it lightly color.

Put the cheese on strips of bread.

Place the bread for another 4 minutes under grill until cheese begins to melt.

Meanwhile, distribute arugula and strawberries over four plates.

Place 2 slices of bread on each plate.

Serve immediately..
