Are vegetable chips healthier than regular chips?

Vegetable chips are no healthier for you than regular chips. Both types contain a lot of calories and salt. Both are not included in the Wheel of Five.
What is it made of?

What about fat in vegetable chips?

Vegetable chips contain just as much fat as potato chips. When the chips are fried in sunflower oil, they are mainly unsaturated fats. These fats are good for your heart and blood vessels. But chips do contain a lot of fat, and therefore you get a lot of calories. About a third of potato chips are fat. There are approximately 500 kilocalories per 100 grams in vegetable or potato chips. So you quickly get too many calories with chips. In comparison: with 100 grams of boiled potato you get 80 calories. With 100 grams of boiled beetroot you get 30 kilocalories.

Does vegetable chips contain acrylamide?
