Don't always believe all “healthy” routines

  1. At home I have a basket in which a few gossip papers disappear from time to time. Not that I buy these often, I actually never really throw them away. I was sitting on the couch watching the TV and out of boredom I opened a 3 month old leaf and I opened it and burst out laughing.

  1. Below the image (commercial) that I had in front of my nose.

  1. The text below the "headline" is:

  1. "Looking good starts with good food. That's why with ERU Balans you throw the light and tastiest cheese spread. Only 15+ and thanks to a hint of yogurt full of flavor!"

  1. So? From a marketing point of view, of course, I have absolutely nothing to do with the brands. That was certainly not the reason why I had a big "smile" on my face.

  1. Why? The reason I laughed was because this ad gives readers the idea that when you eat this cheese spread, you automatically start to look good! To complete the advertisement they also used a beautiful lady.

  1. I absolutely do not want to degrade this cheese spread or put it in a negative light. My intention is that people cannot always blindly believe what is stated in advertisements. In addition, it is important to put things into perspective and that you are aware of the fact that eating this cheese spread will not help you lose weight, look more beautiful, build a better condition or add something to good health. and healthy eating habits!

There are many misleading advertisements

  1. Not only cheese spread, but also milk, yogurt, quark, muesli and even bread products promise you a healthy and lean body with lots of energy. In recent years, many misleading advertisements have emerged that emotionally mislead consumers into buying the product!

  1. When we think about it with common sense, we actually all know better. But the moment you are confronted with such an advertisement, the rational thinking pattern is put aside for the emotional thinking pattern.

  1. Without realizing it, we already have the product in the shopping cart ...

  1. What can you do about it? Hmmm yeah, the answer is actually simple. Just make sure you've made a shopping list before heading to the store. Stick to the shopping list and make sure you only have an eye for the products on the list!

  1. Even when we consciously walk around a supermarket, we are unconsciously influenced by advertisements. Be aware of this and protect yourself against it. [!MOWPOP id = "128"]
