  1. Nature has a lot to offer people, we just don't always think about it. Or at least we don't think about it enough. Nature offers products that add something to our health, both inside and out. The products that have a double effect and can be used in different ways are ideal to have at home and to apply regularly. Some of these multitaskers listed.

Almond

  1. There are two kinds of almonds (almonds belong to the stone fruit): the edible is the sweet one. They do not grow in the Netherlands, they are imported here from subtropical countries. It contains vitamins A, B1, B2, B6 and E and is nourishing and hydrating. The almond is healthy as a stone fruit, but oil is also pressed into almond oil, which is used in, for example, shampoo or skin care products. Dry skin in particular benefits and the oil is also frequently used in massages.

Dead sea salt

  1. The Dead Sea lies more than 400 meters below sea level and can be called the lowest place in the world. More evaporates in the Dead Sea than flows in, making it the sea with the highest concentration of salt in the world; the concentration is about 340 grams per liter. The sea owes its name to the fact that no life is possible in this sea.

Aloe vera

  1. The Aloe vera plant belongs to the cactus-like family and is a member of the lily family. The plant originated in Africa. The leaf contains a kind of gel, which has a medicinal effect. It contains no less than 200 active substances, minerals and vitamins as well as a large number of antioxidants. The product has a wide effect against inflammation, constipation, is good for the skin and aids digestion.

Magnesium

  1. Magnesium is a mineral and absolutely indispensable for our health. It is found in various substances, but the best known are the whole grain wheat products and Brazil nuts. But seaweed also contains a lot of magnesium.

  1. Just a selection of the products of nature that can be applied in multiple ways and are suitable for multiple purposes. Yet these are the best known, affordable and easy to use.
