  1. You only need a few ingredients for this salad, which makes it ideal for preparing in the morning. Boil two eggs until hard. In the meantime, cut 1 avocado into pieces and mix with 100 grams of lettuce of your choice. Fresh spinach leaves are delicious here.

2. Meal salad with chicken and apple

  1. This deliciously fresh salad contains a lot of protein thanks to the chicken and the cottage cheese. Cut half an apple, half a bell pepper and a tomato into pieces and fry the apple in a small splash of oil for a few minutes.

  1. Meanwhile, mix 100 grams of mixed salad and 40 grams of arugula with a tablespoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice. Add the apple, bell pepper and tomato to the mix. Finish the salad with 100 grams of smoked chicken strips and two generous tablespoons of hüttenkäse, and add pepper to taste if necessary.

3. Meal salad with smoked salmon

  1. This arugula-salmon salad is deliciously luxurious thanks to the Parmesan cheese and the dried tomatoes - and yet you can put it together in no time! Mix 100 grams of arugula with two tablespoons of olive oil and some salt and pepper to taste. Cut 12 sun-dried tomatoes into pieces and mix with the lettuce.

  1. Boil 50 grams of quinoa according to the instructions on the package. In the meantime, cut a quarter of broccoli into florets and cook for a few minutes. Add 50 grams of peas to the water in the last minute. Mix the vegetables and the quinoa with half a cucumber in cubes, a finely chopped half onion and half a slice of feta, also in cubes.
