Does apple cider vinegar work against tinnitus?

Positive stories from the US

In the Netherlands there are not many tinnitus patients who have heard of it, but from the US more and more positive stories about the use of apple cider vinegar are appearing. There are two different types of apple cider vinegar available.

1. The normal apple cider vinegar can be found in the supermarket and has been processed to remove many of the important nutrients.

2. On the other hand, you also have the organic variety and you must have this one!

This is because the organic variant contains important enzymes and nutrients. The normal factory variant does not contain these nutrients or to a much lesser extent. I myself get my own organic apple cider from the Gardens and it is 100% organic. You can probably also get organic apple cider vinegar online. But personally I always prefer to buy it at a real store.
