Five Healthy Pizza Recipes

  1. Unlike ready-made pizzas that are full of processed nutrients, salt and processed meats, a homemade pizza doesn't have to be unhealthy. In fact, a pizza can even be healthy! The most important thing with a healthy diet is that you use fresh ingredients, you just leave the processed ready-to-eat foods!

  1. To prepare a healthy pizza yourself, pay attention to the following:

  1. - Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â No processed meats as spreads (salami, ham, sausage) -Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Always makes fresh tomato sauce from fresh (organic) tomatoes -Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Grate a block of young cheese yourself -Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Instead of white flour, use wholemeal flour

  1. Bottom: You start by making a bottom, you are needed for this:

  1. Mix and knead the dough mixture and let it rise for half an hour. (If the mixture is too wet, add a little flour, the mixture is too dry, add a little water). Then you can roll out the pizza base. [!pullquote] Do not use salt as much as possible! [!/ pullquote]

  1. Puree 6 to 8 fresh (organic) tomatoes with a hand blender. Then add freshly squeezed garlic, a dash of olive oil and oregano to the sauce. The combination of these ingredients makes the tomato sauce so healthy compared to ready-made sauce, so you use this fresh sauce as the basis for every pizza! You can add pepper or Italian herbs such as basil, rosemary or thyme to taste.

  1. Now that you have a healthy basis you can start thinking about a tasty topping for your pizza, to get you started I have already made five recipes.

(With chicken you always have to be good  make sure it is well cooked!) Furthermore, top the pizza with onion rings, grated young cheese, pineapple pieces (can) and pieces of fresh yellow pepper.

  1. Then bake the pizza in an oven at 150 degrees for about half an hour.
