Marzipan in a list of healthy Sinterklaas snacks? Interestingly enough, this treat is less unhealthy than many people think - just don't eat too much of it, as it is high in calories. Mix 250 grams of white almonds, 90 grams of honey and a large teaspoon of gingerbread spices in a blender. Grind for a few minutes until a ball of marzipan forms.

Mix 25 grams of almond flour, 50 grams of raisins and some lemon juice in the blender into a ball of almond paste and put it in the refrigerator. Then melt 70 grams of butter and mix it with two mashed bananas and three eggs. Then add 300 grams of almond flour, 1 tbsp gingerbread spices, 1 tsp baking powder and a pinch of salt.

Add 1 tsp vanilla extract and 2 tbsp cocoa per cup of milk and you're done! If you like it sweeter, stir in another spoonful of honey. Or use half coconut milk if you want a creamier drink!
